I’ve been dying to have a dip party (post-COVID) and this deviled egg dip will definitely be in attendance.

What’s a dip party you ask? A get-together where the whole food spread is made up of dips…. artichoke, bean, guac, and now…. deviled egg. My dream come true.

Deviled Egg Dip
Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs hard-boiled
- kosher salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup miracle whip
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- paprika to garnish
Instructions
- Take your hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half, removing the yolk from the whites. Place the yolks in a food processor.
- In the food processor along with the yolks, add a pinch of salt, pinch of pepper, the miracle whip, and mustards. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more miracle whip if you want it to be looser. Remove yolk mixture and place in medium bowl.
- Take half of your egg whites and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Add to the yolk mixture and fold in.
- Transfer dip to your serving dish and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with pita chips.
Just in time for the big game on Sunday!
