TBH, I started Christmas shopping in October.

For the Beginner
Deep 9×13 Casserole Dish: A must-have for anyone that wants to make a luscious lasagna or….anything really! It’s super versatile and they’ll keep it forever.

Silicone Sheet Liner: Reusable and instantly creates a nonstick surface on your baking sheet. Sign me up. There are few worse cooking mistakes that can happen than realizing whatever you cooked is stuck to the sheet.

Spice Set: Make sure the beginner cook in your life is equipped with a nice set of spices. The quality and freshness of your spices can make a big difference in the way your food tastes. Penzeys spices are some of my favorites.

For the Adventurous
Sous Vide: If they’re down to experiment with the latest and greatest cooking trends.

Kitchen Torch & Ramekins: Everything looks better with a little browning on top thanks to a handy-dandy kitchen torch. Throw in some ramekins to hint that you want them to make you some crème brûlée. The ramekins below are on my wish list this year. I just think they’re so beautiful.

Hot Sauce Subscription: Or any food subscription really. I personally love both hot sauce and subscription boxes. A gift that keeps on giving.

For the Home Chef
Mortar & Pestle: If they’re already crushing the whole cooking thing then it’s time to step it up a notch. Time to grind their own spices or make the best pesto of their life. Bonus: mortar and pestles can be so beautiful and many people keep them on their counter to display!

Chef Cookbook: If this person is really, really into cooking, odds are that they’re a fan of a chef or two. Do some research to find out if they have a favorite chef or if there are any new cookbooks coming out from well-known chefs. Chi Spacca: A New Approach to American Cooking from Nancy Silverton is on my list this year.

Cooking Shoes: If things are getting serious and they’re standing on their feet for hours while in the kitchen… it’s time for some clogs.

For the Kid at Heart
Air Fryer: Fried food, enough said. According to everyone I see on TikTok, they’re super easy to use. I’m not normally into kitchen gadgets but I definitely want to try this one out.

Pizza Scissors: I got tired of watching my mom cut her pizzas with kitchen shears, so when I found these, I knew I had to get them for her. They are magical.

Fondue Set: Easiest way to please a picky eater is to let them pick out their own food. Who doesn’t like dipping stuff in cheese or chocolate?

For the Baker
Dessert Person by Claire Saffitz: Claire Saffitz used to work at Bon Appetit magazine and starred in their most popular YouTube series, Gourmet Makes, where she tried to recreate junk food and make it more….gourmet. She’s so incredibly knowledgeable in the kitchen, but I would also trust her with my life. Every baker needs this book.

Estelle Cake Stand: Give them a beautiful place to display their confections.

Bakeware: This may seem obvious but they’ll really appreciate some high-quality equipment. Plus, the color of these Great Jones products makes it even more fun to bake!

For the Host
Papier Hosting Book: Gift them a hosting book to not only keep them organized but also store memories of planned dinners and cocktail parties.

Oil Cruet: After the places are set and the food has hit the table, help them make the meal even more special with a finishing drizzle of olive oil in a chic cruet.

Gary Bodker Hand-blown Glass Oil Cruet
Le Labo Candle: Yeah, a candle may seem boring or obvious but when you’re a host, the smell of your home is important. Many people won’t splurge on good candles for themselves, so it’s up to their guests to do it for them!

For the Wannabe Mixologist
Hatch Mixing Glass: They’ll look so old-school and super cool.

Herb Garden: For all of those fancy-schmancy cocktails they’re mixing up that call for some fresh herbs.

Click and Grow: The Smart Garden 3
Clear Ice Mold: The large cube and sphere ice cubes in craft cocktails are my favorite. I especially love it when they are clear; they make a beautiful cocktail feel even more special. You can’t get clear ice in any normal ice mold though…

The Perfect Ice Cub Mold: I’ve seen this all over my TikTok feed. If you’re feeling super bougie and are struggling to find a gift for the mixologist that has everything…odds are they may not have this.

*I was not sponsored or paid to mention any of the above items or brands* :’)
Happy Holidays!
