A seasonal sweet snack!

I love making snacks that are easy to pick up and go after they’re made. This is one of those treats. When I’m craving something sweet, I can just grab a cup and scoop up some of this puppy chow and I’m good to go. I don’t need to dirty multiple dishes or utensils to enjoy it.

Instructions
Chocolate Peanut Butter Puppy Chow
- Place rice Chex in a medium/large bowl.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Do this in 15-30 second increments and stir between so the chocolate doesn't burn.
- Once melted, add vanilla to the chocolate mixture and combine. Pour chocolate mixture over the rice Chex and gently fold until the chocolate mixture is covering the Chex evenly.
- Place chocolate-covered Chex in a large Ziploc baggie. Add the powdered sugar. Seal and then gently toss the Chex until it is evenly coated with the powdered sugar.
- Lay out a sheet of parchment paper. Spread the powdered covered puppy chow on the paper and allow to set for at least 20 minutes.
